Service  Providers

A supportive, relational space for clients who need something beyond traditional settings to find their way, on their own time.

This Happy Little Ranch offers trauma-informed, equine-guided and animal-assisted experiences that support connection, emotional awareness, and relational growth in a grounded, natural environment.

This work is especially supportive for clients who may benefit from a more experiential, relational approach outside of traditional office-based settings.

  • This may include individuals who:

  • Struggle with anxiety, depression, or emotional regulation

  • Experience low self-worth, shame, or disconnection

  • Are navigating trauma, life transitions, or relational challenges

  • Have difficulty engaging in talk-based or clinical environments

  • Feel more at ease in nature or non-structured settings

  • Would benefit from building trust, boundaries, and relational awareness

About the Approach

A relational, trauma-informed approach

Approach

Natalia’s work is grounded in trauma-informed, relationship-based practices and Natural Lifemanship principles. Sessions are not focused on diagnosis or treatment, but on creating a safe, steady environment where clients can explore connection, awareness, and trust.

Horses and animals are not tools — they are part of the space, offering presence, honesty, and connection without judgment.

Being outdoors, in open space, allows your body and mind to settle in a way that often feels more natural and at ease.

Outcomes

Clients often experience:

  • Increased self-awareness and understanding of relational patterns

  • Greater sense of calm, grounding, and emotional regulation

  • Improved understanding of trust, boundaries, and connection

  • Increased self-acceptance and reduced internal pressure

  • A stronger sense of belonging and reduced isolation
